Ok fellas… I just about have all of this Grand Prix written content out of my technique for now, but right before I shut down the Briggs Cunningham series, I figured it may possibly be cool to feature the videos that type of encouraged my fall down the rabbit hole. A selection of a long time back, the Peterson Automotive Museum teamed up with Alex Xydias and collectively they made a type of historic documentary on the 1958 12-Hours Of Sebring:

Quite rad, appropriate? One thing about observing Alex dote on a Testarossa would make me smile. But wait… There is a lot more!

The other footage that I unquestionably fell in adore with was a Sebring Assessment from 1960. In this race, you can check out the early levels of the Ford Vs Ferrari war, Cunningham Corvettes, and just about all the things else American Road Racing had to provide in 1960. It is simply glorious to see these vehicles racing facet by facet and get a feel for their precise scale each in measurement and speed.

But my favored component? Has to be the audio… A number of course racing is the most effective way to hear a race vehicle and this footage does not disappoint. Take pleasure in:
