They talked about this ~16:45, noting that the aftermarket racing buckets on the old M5 taxi secured people so well, that they actually enjoyed the ride more on the standard seats because they had more of a sense of being out of control and being thrown around. So, it’s clear this ‘Ring Taxi is more about customer entertainment than efficient lap times or maintaining control of occupants.
