2023 Audi RS5 gets a sporty Competition package

Audi has resolved to amp up the general performance of the RS5 coupe and Sportback with the debut of a new optional Level of competition package. The package deal provides upgraded tires, a louder exhaust and some chassis modifications.

Under the hood there’s still the exact same twin-turbo 2.9-liter V6 with 444 horsepower and 442 pound-toes of torque, but the leading speed has been increased from 174 mph to 180 mph. It receives the “RS Sport Exhaust Process Plus,” which gives it a louder exhaust and inside of you get to listen to it extra since 18 lbs of seem insulation has been eradicated.

The eight-velocity computerized transmission has been tweaked a little bit to make it shift gears more rapidly. Audi has also up-to-date the fixed-ratio steering, which Audi phone calls Activity Immediate Steering. The Levels of competition package deal also adds an adjustable coilover suspension that lowers the RS5 by .4 inch, but it can be adjusted to decrease the car or truck an extra .4 inch for a whole top reduction of .8 inch compared to the standard RS5. It also receives stickier Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires.
